I contacted Alan after boiler malfunction, resulting in no heat or hot water. He replied to my initial message within a few minutes and kept me updated on his availability. I found him to be very professional, he sent information on the charges etc to allow me to make a decision before making an appointment. After the work was done he sent invoice and receipt. He's very customer orientated and friendly. I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately, Alan, you're stuck with us now!!!

Contacted Alan the owner of Solla heating from Google search, I found him very helpful and booked an appointment. Alan arrived on time, very cheerful and went about the service of our Bali 800 boiler. He is Very knowledgeable and instantly gave me confidence that he was the right man for the job. Quick, efficient, clean & tidy. Our heating has never run better since Alan serviced it. Well done, highly reccomended

Great service from Alan and Mackenzie. From first contact they came out to give an estimate. Happy with the competitive price and agreed a date for the work to be carried out. They arrived at the exact time that was said. We were extremely happy with the work that was done and our house was left all tidy. Thanks lads.????
