Our shower wasn't heating up...not a good start at 9am in a busy dog grooming salon. Phoned Alpha, thank god. Came out within the hour and Paul replaced the shower meaning we could carry on grooming all our dogs. So grateful to him as we didn't lose a day's worth of work. So professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend ????

Needed a replacement tap for the Kitchen, sent some photos of the job and got a quick response and price. Excellent communication skills very meticulous making sure everything was done to a high standard checked and re checked no leakage. Only minor concern Initaly thought quote was a bit high but you get what you pay for Quality and peace of mind. Would definitely recommend

Very satisfied with Alpha. Our issue was fixed immediately, Paul explained his process and gave us a lot of valuable advice across several topics regarding our heating and boiler. Great service at a more than reasonable price point. Thanks again!

Amazing service from Alpha. Great through the whole process, quick response, easy to understand and reasonable quote and work was done promptly to a fantastic standard. Paul was friendly and chatty and got the work done quicker than I expected, and he even cleaned up after himself. Overall super impressed by the service received. And my new boiling / filtered water tap is my new favourite thing. Thanks Paul.

Paul from Alpha plumbing & heating services came in to finish up a job from a plumber that left us literally in the cold after doing the first fix. Paul was upfront with everything and gave me a good price and even a further discount after knowing how we were treated by the previous plumber. I highly recommend Paul as he works to a very high standard and is very knowledgeable about his job. Will be going to Alpha plumbing & heating services always from now on.
