Jay recently installed a new Baxi combi boiler, and he did great work, and was communicative, pleasant, and professional throughout. I did have some teething issues with it, but he helped me get it all sorted with zero stress, and I'm happy to report that the new boiler has kept my elderly mum and I cosy & warm during the recent spell of bleak weather we've had. I'll be happy to see him again in a year for the boiler service, to maintain its warranty, cos I wanna give him all my boiler-related business from now on. P.s. His uncle Shaf helped get the boiler in place, and he was also very nice and professional, and I think he does plumbing work too, should your job require it. So between the 2 of them, they can probably sort out all your hot water needs.

I called NCL gas as out boiler wasn???t working and our house was freezing. The young engineer called me back and made time to attend the same day. He fixed the problem and was really polite and helpful. I can???t say enough good things about the service he gave and I would recommend your company to anyone. Best regards Alan Grainger

Excellent service and prices. Boiler went off, during cold spell. Jay came out within 30mins, sorted it temporarily until it could be replaced. Installed within 72 hours of calling. Really pleased with the price. They were really friendly and professional. Tidied up after. Have booked them in to fit new gas fire, next week. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Came to repair a boiler on New Year???s Eve and found an additional problem. We decided to replace the boiler and they came back the following day (New Year???s Day) to install it. We really appreciated that??? it saved us from a very cold day with the family. They are polite, considerate and tidy in their work. Highly recommended and we will use them again.

Brilliant service. Called on Saturday as boiler had stopped working. After showing me all the issues and costs associated with a repair, decided to bite the bullet and go for a new one. Jay and his partner managed to source and fit this on the Monday and even sorted out some radiator issues to boot. Fantastic service that went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. Danny
