Ray is a professional and knowledgeable guy, he visited our property when we had a problem with our hot water. He liaised with the manufacturer and rectified the problem. Would use again.

Had a boiler leak, called out Ray Trueman plumbing and heating. Ray and Jack came and looked at it Wednesday, fixed it Friday. Jack kept us informed all through the job and he and Ray went beyond the discussed problem not stopping until they were completely satisfied with the work. I can highly recommend the company and I highly commend Jack for his perseverance and determination . Thank you guys

I had my boiler serviced a couple of days before Christmas by Jack. Excellent, polite and very helpful. Identified a leak and supplied and fitted a new condensate hose same day. Highly recommend this firm, will definitely be using again. Thank you.

Excellent workmanship from Ray and his team. Very trustworthy, so much so we left him with the keys to our home whilst we went away and he carried on with the work on our bathroom. Over the moon with our bathroom overall. The installation was perfect and couldn???t find a fault. One issue with the shower screen which was no fault of Ray, this was a manufacturer issue. This was promptly corrected and a new screen was supplied. We would recommend Ray to friends and family.
