Excellent service from receiving up to date emails and texts to remind me that the service was due and when my appointment was. The young man who came to service the boiler was a credit to the company very professional and polite and efficient and clean worker. He gave me a call to inform me he was on his way. I would highly recommend this service to anyone 10 out of 10.

Usual efficient service from Koziwarm. Annual service date provided with opportunity to change if it didn't suit - for me that's easier than having to book a slot myself. Good communication before the job with emailed reminders. Service completed by a very personable technician who got the job done and went on his way. Job summary sheet arrived by email within minutes. Great work.

The two lads came to service my boiler, we got told they would come in the morning and they came in the afternoon, they brayed on the door and woke up my baby and had absolutely no recollection of what they did and just continued into my house, they also forged a signature on the paperwork on the ???customer??? signature and I can 100% confirm nor myself or my partner were asked to sign. I am disappointed in the experience but happy the job got done.

The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and I felt extremely confident that the service was carried out by a competent engineer. I???ve used Koziwarm for many years and will continue to do so. From booking to completing the job I was kept informed at al times. Highly recommended.

I called koziwarm to come out to plumb in 10 new rads and to refill and test the boiler system, dale and harry came along and worked solid all day and even staying back hours past their shift to get the job done. Very polite and approachable lads who did quality work. Happy to recommend and even called the office the next day to let them know of their good work.
