I've been working with Nathan at Tyne & Wear Heating for over 12 months as a landlord, and he has become my first port of call for all my gas safety work. He's consistently reliable, professional, and provides an excellent service every time. Communication is great, appointments are always handled efficiently, and the quality of his work gives me complete confidence. Had my new boiler fitted this week by Lee, no problems at all, kept me up to date throughout the process! All admin done by Nathaniel, got me a quote within a matter of hours and booked in within a couple of days and also checked in throughout making sure I was happy with the process! Would 100% recommend??????

Just had my boiler repaired and serviced, including the replacement of a new board, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was completed very quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. Nathan, the engineer, was outstanding ??? professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained the work clearly, carried it out promptly, and left everything clean and tidy. His friendly manner and attention to detail made the whole process straightforward and stress???free. Highly impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.

Nathan and his team were fabulous, they gave advice on boiler type and where to relocate from the loft room to kitchen. They installed new gas pipes and all work was really neat and tidy. Lee was really helpful and found me a roofer to remove the old boiler flu. I can???t recommend them enough, great team.

Easy process & excellent service. Nathan visited, noted the requirements of my small flat & left a very acceptable quote - no hard sell, no 'supposed' discounts! I had a deadline which was noted & met. The job was booked in within a week of first contact. The installation, carried out by Lee was quick, efficient and painless! Lee made sure I understood how to get the best out of my new boiler before leaving & I received a lovely courtesy follow up call from Nathan. Would not hesitate to recommend.????????????
