Booked a boiler service for an almost 10 year old boiler & decided to go with a local company this time as the well known provider i used to use was charging an obscene amount. From booking the service & then the updates on the engineer (Brian) arriving to do the boiler service the professionalism & helpfulness has been second to none. Brian arrived promptly at the time window i was given & did a thorough check on my boiler that gives me the confidence I won't have any issues come winter. Would highly recommend using this local company. ??????????????????????????????

You are in safe hands with Nicholsons. Absolutely top class. From a failed old boiler with tanks to a new system with no hassel at all, and no tanks. Everyone at the company has been a pleasure to deal with. What they don't know about heating systems isn't worth knowing. They can explain everything in an easy to understand way so you know what you are getting. Professional, courteous and they work to high standards. Brilliant.

Contacted Nicholsons for a service on my 2 year old boiler, their response to my query was immediate, availability was great and prices extremely reasonable. Brian came to do the service and was excellent, polite, courteous and we had a few laughs over a couple different things, he was efficient yet thorough in the work and left the area spotless. All in all a very good experience from start to finish and I will definitely be booking them again next year

Martin provided fantastic service when he came to service our boiler. He arrived within the time frame given and even sent a text beforehand to let us know he was on his way, which was really appreciated. He was respectful of our home, using shoe covers and leaving the utility room clean and tidy once he???d finished. Martin was also very friendly and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend his service!

This week we had our boiler replaced by Nicholson Heating Services. We received nothing less than a 1st class service from start to finish. Our episode started with a call out for the failed boiler. Ian explained and showed us the problem issues with our current boiler and we agreed that a replacement would be the best option. The office then emailed details and costs of various boiler replacement options explaining the benefits of each, there were options for all budgets. As we were without heating and hot water, we were given a quick slot for installation. Will & Matty carried out the installation, they were polite, friendly, tidy and even covered my motorbikes to avoid dust & damage. The finished installation far exceeded our expectations, super tidy pipe work and even replaced my problematic pipe taps. Also signed up for their care package for full piece of mind. Can't recommend them highly enough. 5*
