When our back boiler broke and was unfixable, I posted the job on checkatrade. HP responded quickly and organised for a visit to quote. The quote was received the same day and the engineers booked to complete the job within a couple of weeks. There was a lot of work to do and they completed it all in one day. They sent a team of 4 engineers who were all polite, friendly and professional. They left the house as they found it and also took the time to explain the new thermostat and phone app thoroughly. Even though we had a small leak that appeared after they left, Dan came back out to us quickly and resolved the issue out of hours. We cannot praise HP Plumbing enough and can happily recommend you to anyone needing heating engineers or plumbers.

I???ve relied on HP Plumbing since 2024 and they???ve been fantastic from day one. They???ve handled both routine servicing and a full boiler installation, and every engineer I???ve met has been friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Communication is clear, pricing is transparent, and they???ve responded quickly whenever an urgent issue has come up. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding work completed by the HP plumbing and heating team - they installed a new pressurized system and repaired all our radiators. Dan, Henry, Jack, Regan & Dave were excellent! The work was carried out on time, they were very professional and tidied up after themselves. They provided excellent support from the initial conservation through to the final conclusion. We are going to engage them for additional work - which is the best recommendation ! Their second visit resolved an issue with some old taps & plumbing - in no time Mark had it all replaced & repaired ! So excellent service again !

Had a boiler service and gas safety check last week and would highly recommend this company. From booking to completion the service was excellent. Lyla in the office was really helpful and able to book me an appointment at very short notice. Joe, who serviced our boiler, was really friendly and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. Will definitely use again next year.
