I've just had a new boiler installed into my attic, (previously installed in the centre of my house). To say this was a difficult installation is an understatement, Adam, the installer worked professionally, tirelessly and really knows his profession. I cannot reccomend Plumbcraft and in particular, Adam enough. Many thanks. Trevor.

The staff at Plumbcraft worked patiently with us to design our bathroom, guiding us through every step of the process. They kept us fully informed about pricing throughout and made excellent suggestions regarding the layout and placement of the bathroom fittings. The overall price was extremely competitive. The work began on schedule, and I was kept updated each day regarding the fitters' arrival times. The fitters, with special mention to Andrew, did a fantastic job and efficiently overcame several unforeseen problems along the way. Each evening, I received a phone call to ensure I was happy with the progress made that day, which demonstrated a real commitment to customer satisfaction. I am delighted with the finished bathroom. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, delivering a high-end finish at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Plumbcraft to anyone considering a new bathroom.

Highly recommended. Worked with us through planning the bathroom that we wanted to fitting, resolving any problems together along the way. Our needs and wants were listened to when designing our bathroom, working together to get what we wanted. Our bathroom fitter was excellent and chosen to meet extras we needed. They listened to us and worked with us each day so we knew what was happening and so the project continued to be exactly what we wanted. Their expertise was fantastic and friendly, supportive nature meant we felt listened to when we wanted to alter things slightly as we went. We love our new bathroom. It has gone from a bathroom we hardly ever used, to the one we choose to use the most. It is exactly what we wanted. Fantastic company.
