Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to book online, great communication, turned up on time. Kyle was polite, a lovely lad. Carried out our service, explained everything and then measured us up for a new radiator as well. Thanks guys

We had The Boiler Doctor at our property for an inspection and service. I loved how they arrived on time, were professional and courteous and explained everything. If anyone was looking for a heating engineer in York, I'd say The Boiler Doctor were a great company and I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from start to finish! From the first phone call to completing the gas connection in my home, everything was handled professionally and to the highest standard. Steven is not only highly skilled but also friendly, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion is reflected in the quality of his work. He paid great attention to every detail, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. It???s not often you come across someone who is so dedicated to doing a job properly. I would recommend Steven without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional gas engineer. Thank you for the excellent work. ????

New to the area, we discovered The Boiler Doctor thanks to their posts on Facebook. Booking an appointment was simple. We got confirmation messages and a handy text message explaining when to expect their engineer. They arrived on time and were super efficient and courteous. They even provided a report with images of the work carried out. Totally satisfied and happy to recommend. If this review was helpful please give it a like below.

The Boiler Doctor. I have used Steve for years after he was recommended to me. Always efficient and polite. Provides a great service within by home and business and now Kyle is working along side. He recently helped out with an emergency. Kyle went above and beyond what was required. Would highly recommend.
