I've used Hartleys for my annual boiler service on two recent occasions and they have always provided excellent service, undertaking the work quickly and efficiently. The service engineers have always been polite and friendly and just recently I had a heating query for them to investigate which was dealt with quickly and effectively by the engineer who came out. Their prices are very reasonable and I recommend them for boiler servicing and other heating needs.

??????????????? I highly recommend Hartley???s Plumbing and Heating. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The work was completed to a very high standard, they were professional, reliable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. They arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy, and were friendly throughout the whole process. I???m really pleased with the results and wouldn???t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing and heating company.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had been using another York-based plumbing company and, honestly, this has been a complete breath of fresh air! Lewis and Tommy are extremely professional and will get any issue sorted out, whether big or small and with very short notice. For renovation work, having trades who think ahead, offer sensible solutions and get the job done efficiently makes a huge difference. We???re really pleased to have found them and would highly recommend.

Thanks, Lewis! I had done something foolish when I tried to fix the pressure in my boiler. In my panic, I called several plumbers on a Saturday and Lewis from Hartleys Plumbing & Heating was the only one who picked up and turned up. He actually fixed it in 5 minutes and declined to charge me. Saved me from potentially several cold showers in middle of winter! Great guy and excellent care and service provided! Much appreciated!

We needed to upgrade our thermostatic shower bar and renew the extractor fan. I'm very pleased to say that the office admin were able to assist with my inquiries and arrangements for an engineer to fit them. Jack came and fitted both. Excellent job done - leaving it all clean and tidy. An adjustment was needed with the fan which was promptly done by Lewis. Work done professionally and would recommend them. Thank you Karen kee
