We opted for a House Sale Safety CP12 / Boiler service. The online system was straightforward and we paid upfront. Richard was extremely friendly and we received a report promptly (the following day). Fantastic service from start to finish!

Richard was polite, professional and tidy. Richard gave advice of longevity of our boiler and advice with what to look for with a new one should ours pack in.

We asked for a service on our domestic combi boiler. Very nice pleasant guy. Was very punctual turning up exactly on time. We were quoted ??80 which was paid in full upfront. The only reason why this is 2 star and not a 5 star review is because of the following. When you have your boiler serviced you expect to receive a 12 month certificate! When we asked for the certificate we were told that it would be an additional ??20. Also this additional ??20 had to be paid in CASH. I totally disagree with this. But I needed the gas safety certificate. My receipt showed total cost of ??80 although I had to pay ??100 I know what it???s like to be self employed but this really is not acceptable. I guarantee he is not declaring the extra ??20 and I most definitely should not have had to pay extra for the certificate. Despite the great service received this left me feeling ripped off, which is a real shame. If he had not done this he would have a fantastic 5star review but because of what he did I really can not recommend Richard Neighbour to anyone.

Had a great experience during my recent boiler service. The engineer was punctual, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was explained thoroughly, and they took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The service was seamless and friendly???nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and use again!
