Honestly would highly recommend this guy! Turned up half an hour after I called even though it was almost 9pm on a Friday! very professional, efficient and well prepared with all the parts he needed to fix my leaking loo. Showed me all the worn parts before replacing everything. Left everything clean and tidy and the bill much less of a shock than I was expecting!Thank you so much!

I called Billy Emergency Plumbing & Drainage yesterday when I discovered a leak from my toilet. They were with me within about 2 hours and diagnosed the issue quickly. Fortunately they had the part in the van so got to work right away and had it all repaired quickly. Lovely tidy job, I???d definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing issues.

Damian was absolutely fantastic. A very friendly, polite and professional gentleman. He fixed a leaking pipe quickly and efficiently, explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done properly. It???s rare to find someone so honest, reliable and helpful these days. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Damian to anyone needing plumbing work. Thank you very much for your help!

Really happy with Damian???s service. He arrived quickly, was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and replaced a totally broken sump pump the following morning. We felt very confident with the quality of his work, and would gladly recommend.

Vasile replaced our leaking soil pipe with incredible care and skill, even braving drizzly weather with a cheerful attitude. He not only fixed the issue but also removed the old pipe, cleaned up thoroughly, and even repaired our leaky kitchen sink and tap before leaving. His quick response???arriving the day after we called???and his outstanding professionalism were truly impressive. We feel confident in his work and will absolutely recommend him to others while keeping him in mind for future needs. It???s a relief knowing the job is in expert hands!
