I stopped my search for a plumber when I read Renald's many positive reviews and I strongly advise anyone else to do the same, and to contact him immediately if you want the following: A Prompt response (same day). Excellent communication throughout (text messages, voice messages and phone calls), developing a full understanding of the issue(s) and honest and knowledgeable advice on the possible solutions (crystal). An appropriate quotation of the cost (very reasonable) and availability of service (very fast in my case). Most of all, a complete resolution. I had 3 issues, all resolved and my many weeks of adapting to, and managing them has gone, I couldn't be happier! I am very 'customer service' orientated, and Renald is way over the 'high bar'. He even offered to repair my dysfunctional door bell whilst he was putting on shoe covers without being asked to! You will not be disappointed, and like me, Renald's number will be permanently in your contacts list. Exceptional.

Renald was recommended to me by a friend when my boiler stopped working. He came around on the same day it stopped and diagnosed the issue and explained all my options clearly. We decided to go for a new boiler and within 2 days he had replaced the bolier and we were back up and running with hot water and heating. He was very professional and carried out a neat and tidy job with no fuss. I would highly recommend Renald to anyone.

Renald came out at very short notice when I had a pipe leak. He was able to fix it thankfully. He was pleasant, polite with reasonable prices. I would use him again and highly recommend his company to others. Thanks!

Chose to go with Reliable Plumbing after looking at several companies and their associated reviews and im glad I did. Renald provided a great service from beginning to end. His quote was competative and fair, communication was great and he made a point of explaining what he was doing on the day and getting me to confirm I was happy with everything. He fully deserves his 5 star rating and I will not hesitate to use his services again for any futher plumbing needs.

Needed two dripping taps fixing. A plumber I have used previoisly has still not replied. Contacted RELIABLE Plumbing with no high expectations as it's December. They communicated clearly as am always busy and work in the afternoons. With details of work that was required, open contact with time my availability RELIABLE Plumbing did the work at a suitable time. From contacting them to the work been completed was excellent. Very polite knowledgable and gave me some great advice with another issue. Rushed to bank yesterday and really did not need to as payment can be done via Bank Transfer very useful will remember that next time. Thank You for completing the work at short notice very much appreciated.
