I honestly can???t recommend J and S Heating and Cooling LTD highly enough. From the very first enquiry right through to the installation, they were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The team did an amazing job fitting my air conditioning system. They turned up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they finished. The communication from their office staff and engineers was superb throughout and they took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What impressed me even more was that they carried out the installation during the extreme heatwave in June. Despite working in incredibly hot conditions, they never cut corners, stayed professional throughout, and maintained a really high standard of work. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. The quality of the installation is excellent, and the system has been working perfectly. It???s made such a difference, especially on these hot days! It???s not often you come across a company that???s this reliable and genuinely cares about doing a great job and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them! Thanks again to the whole team for a fantastic job!

We have used J&S several times in the past, for boiler service and for installing a new shower control unit, and have always been impressed by their prompt arrival at the agreed time and day. This year, Alfie carried out the boiler service, and was polite and efficient, keeping us updated as to his progress, just as all the other technicians have been. We were well pleased with all that he did, and with how good the company's communication is.

I would personally like to thank the office staff, along with Kristian for a helpful tap installation, Barry for a thorough gas boiler service and Alfie for the immaculate installation of pipe work under the kitchen sink, aswell as finding the time to return the second day to fit a hive and add inhibitor! An extremely trustworthy group of engineers who were able to independently work in my home whilst I, myself was working, which was a great comfort. Jason has been extremely helpful in our process of moving into a new home through providing us with prompt quotes. I would gladly recommend this company to anybody in the near future. Thank you team at J&S!

We contacted J & S Plumbing & Heating about installing a new boiler and radiators. Jason came out to carry out the survey, and the quote was sent promptly afterwards. Once we agreed to proceed with the work, they were very accommodating in arranging a convenient date for the installation. Communication throughout was excellent and the whole process was smooth and professional. Gabriel and Barry did an excellent job with the installation. We would highly recommend J & S Plumbing & Heating and will definitely use them again in the future.

Poor service in repairing a broken loo flush. Broken fittings on toilet panel. Flush control fed over edge of cistern instead of through it. Provided a 30 day quote for replacing a shower then within one week repeatedly sent me messages saying that the quote was about to expire. Plumber disturbed insulation in the loft and left it so I had to ask him to replace it. I would not trust them to change a tap washer. Don???t bother complaining. Their answer is ???We won???t be proceeding with the quote as we like to work with people who trust us and don???t question everything???
