The company seem very efficient & helpful when you get in touch although not easily contactable. However the delivery company aren't very helpful as they won't deliver the radiators indoors to a room. They just dump the pallet outdoors somewhere. That needs to be explained beforehand!!

Very good service, had an issue with payment through Paypal which was sorted without fuss. Delivery was as promised and products look very nice.

Excellent prices. Excellent communication via email (thanks John). Excellent delivery and packaging. Ordered Sunday, delivered to Scottish highlands on Wednesday. The column radiators and valves look great. I can highly recommend this company. I don???t normally leave reviews, but wanted to this time. Keep up the good work.

I was concerned about the quality of the rads having seen some shocking examples from other suppliers. These are great the pictures on the Web site don't do them justice in my opinion. Easy to deal with and great value ???? Couldn't recommend highly enough, great value, great product

Radiators look amazing (but unfortunately seem to scratch very easily). Delivery man was a miserable sod and wouldn???t bring them in. I think he was upset at having to use the back door! I???ve had spinal surgery so lugging them in wasn???t great for me. That aside, the radiators are spot on and my living room is finally toasty!
