New bathroom just completed by Chris at Croston Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Delighted with the result and the workmanship. Left the house clean & tidy at the end of each day and carried out the work to a very high standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A huge shout out to Charlotte Raffell in customer service! We needed to swop the radiator we had delivered for a larger one. Charlotte organised collection of our radiator the day after we spoke on the phone and had a new one delivered the day after that??? wow! A British company working successfully to keep the customer happy! Thank you so much. Delighted with the service and will definitely use The Radiator Hub again.

Recently had my old downstairs bathroom renovated into a cloakroom with separate utility room. The transformation is incredible and exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish I cannot fault this company! I would definitely use again without any hesitation, knowing I won???t be disappointed. So if you???re looking for your dream bathroom give Sarah a ring and she???ll talk you through all your options available. Trust me you will not be disappointed with their service from initial contact to an amazing end result. Thank you so much to you Sarah, Wayne and your courteous, knowledgeable and amazing team. I love my new cloakroom and utility room! Thank you xx

We had a great experience with Croston Heating and Plumbing from start to finish. They did a full bathroom refit for us and completed it to a high standard. Wayne, Chris and the team were professional, punctual, and communication was excellent throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help and offer advice. They kept everything clean and tidy during the work, always respecting our property, used high quality products, and the workmanship was excellent. A special thanks to Sarah, who helped us with our design choices and truly went above and beyond to source exactly what we wanted. We were really looked after throughout the whole process and are absolutely delighted with the end result. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional bathroom company.

So helpful and informative in choosing the right radiators for our kitchen / diner. Great that they have their own fitters too, makes it a one-stop shop. Installation was thorough and left everything looking super smart, quality job!
