Brilliant service from Caprani. The guys were extremely polite, cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. Sorted our dripping tap which in turn rectified a water pressure problem we'd been living with for years. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again with any plumbing issue.

I can???t recommend George and Nath highly enough. They recently fitted a downstairs toilet for Bill, who is 90 years old, and the difference it has made is incredible. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they completed the job to a very high standard with great attention to detail. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Most importantly, this adaptation means Bill can remain safely and comfortably in his own home, which is absolutely priceless. Thank you both for your hard work, kindness, and dedication. You???ve made a real difference to Bill???s quality of life, and we are so grateful.

Callam was out plumber today what a lovely lad. So polite and professional from opening the door to him and to the end of his visit I was really impressed. He introduced himself then looked at the job in hand and new straight away what he needed to do. Explained it all to me then fixed the problem. Cleaned up after he had finished even though there was very little mess made. Very happy with your service today .Callam is an asset to your company. Will definitely use your company again highly recommended.

Big thanks to Nathan for fixing our leaking bathroom! Very knowledgeable, confident and skilled in his trade - 10/10 would come to these guys for any issue that needs sorting. Thank you again!

Nathan from Caprani was personable, professional and did a great job repairing our burst pipe in a tight spot. He was also considerate in how he treated our home. We had a great chat about Heat Pumps and renewables too. The booking process was straightforward, with the phone answered promptly, and I liked receiving an invoice by email and the ability to pay by bank transfer. Photo is before the repair showing the exposed pipe work with my attempted use of self-amalgamating tape to patch the pipe. As you can see it was a very tight spot to work in very close to the joist, no issue for Nathan though.
