Believe the reviews! Alex was a wizard, great communication, on time and very reasonable. After a very thorough examination with a camera he cleared our drains and even checked one of our toilets and cleared a limescale build up for no extra charge. He is fast, efficient and is the real deal. Top tip, he loves a (very) strong coffee.....thanks Alex.

Alex came out to unblock my toilet and was brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. After the initial visit the issue came back, and without any hesitation he returned the next day, put a camera down the pipe again and found that limescale further down was causing the problem. He went and got the proper equipment to fix it properly and didn???t charge me for coming back out. Really appreciated how honest, thorough and reliable he was throughout. The toilet is now flushing perfectly again. Would definitely recommend Alex to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

A lifesaver where blocked drains are concerned after Yorkshire water denied all responsibility Alex came recommended. Prompt friendly professional solved the issue made sure all drains were working. Alex sent me a full report with pictures to send to Yorkshire Water as it was indeed their drains. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Alex he???s fantastic at his work, thanks Alex!

Used Spot On after two other attempts to clear a blockage that prevented the bath and sink draining away had failed. Alex turned up bang on time and was really polite and friendly, taking great care not to cause a mess. He got into the tight spaces using a variety of tools and cameras. In less than an hour he had everything clear, put back together and draining perfectly. I cannot recommend him personally and Spot On as business highly enough. Great job, great experience.

What can I say, what a professional guy Alex is. Very polite, friendly and respectable. Came when he said he was coming also message you when he's arriving. Recommend him highly
