Having used Rix for out Rayburn oil boiler annual service, we engaged Rix to remove and replace our large heating oil tank. The Rix team, led by Pete onsite, did an amazing job, from quick quote, survey, guidance, careful emptying and removing the old tank, then professionally installing the new tank. Overall a great experience during what could have been a hard and disruptive piece of work. Thank you!!

Had a new boiler fitted. Gave assistance in all aspects.Advised on correct size boiler for our home. Very happy with the installation.Polite,friendly.Explained the process.Carried out the work and cleaned up.All in a day. Had an excellent experience with this company. No heavy sales patter, just recommendations. Had a ideal logic+ fitted which when fitted by Phoenix supplies a full 10 year warranty. This made it competitively priced compared to other quotes I'd had provided for a boiler with 10yr warranty. On the day of replacement their engineer Dale was superb. He's done a real quality job, all copper piping, redid the condensation pipping. Good Comms throughout and happy to answer questions. It's been a month since fitting and zero issues.
