   I just want to say thank you to everyone at Pride Plumbing, from Ant coming out to quote, to Sharon and Carrie answering my queries before my bathrooms full refurb. Most of all a MASSIVE thank you to Dan, George, Jamie, and Marcus, they were all fantastic, very polite, tidy and professional. Dan updated me each day as to the plan of action, answered all my questions patiently. I will be honest I was very nervous the day before as to the potential mess (as I had refurbed the rest of the house just before including new carpets), but I needn???t have worried.?? Dan kept checking that the others were tidying away after each task, plus they were all so lovely and understanding it made me feel so at ease immediately. The team turned up on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each night. I absolutely love my new bathroom. I have missed the banter this week though. I can???t recommend the team highly enough. All of the work was done to a very high standard. I have been recommending you all to everyone I meet.

   I needed our shower cubicle and shower replacing. Great service from Pride plumbing. After an initial visit and quote, I asked for a slight amendment to the quote which was no trouble and turned around quickly, there was no pressure which enabled me to make sure it was good value. The two day job was booked in for a couple of weeks later. The lads turned up on time each day and were professional and polite, and really good at keeping us informed as the job progressed. Even hoovered themselves out of the house making sure everything was clean and tidy. There was a follow up text the next day, to check everything was ok, before the bill was sent. Really pleased with the service and the work, would recommend and would definitely use again.

   I have used Pride Plumbing for about 15 years now. Good trades people are hard to find and these guys aren???t good, they are amazing. The people themselves are kind, caring, genuine and respectful. When we???d had a baby 6 years ago and our boiler had broken, the team said it was no problem and came out at the weekend to replace the system, this was early December when their books were full during the week and there was no extra charge (Ant and Mark). On a recent 4 day boiler job (different house), the team worked with my next baby???s naps, they tried to keep noise to a minimum until he woke up. When communicating with each other they talked, no shouting instructions, certainly no bad language as I have found with others in the past (Dan). When fitting pipe work for a utility area the work was flawless, you wouldn???t have known they???d been. There was nothing that even needed touching up. They worked well with other trades people, who were at the house and when one of them caused a problem by putting some nails through a pipe I got a phone call explaining the problem (from Pride Plumbing not the people who made the error) and explained they could fix it whilst they were there and what the cost would be (Jake). These are the most genuine trades people I have ever worked with and why I would always call upon them for my needs. They provide quality and expertise, for a cost, but you won???t ever regret getting in touch. Sharon, in the office, is a great first port of call: friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful, getting you what you need and keeping you up to date with progress, when relevant.    Finding a company that can be trusted and have outstanding work ethic and skill can be really daunting when spending a large lump of money, but boy did they deliver! Pride plumbing have been consistent throughout the whole process, we arranged a home survey with Dan in which we expressed our requirements and budget. Dan worked with us to achieve both. He listened, gave suggestions as to how we can make our budget work for both our main bathroom and en-suite. He followed through on time frames of when we would receive our quotes back, and gave us sound recommendations on trusted quartz suppliers, plasterers and Electrican???s. Booking dates in with Pride was super easy and stress free with a 3 week fit time ensuring we still had one working bathroom to make the transition as efficient as possible! The team arrived day one on time and automatically made me feel comfortable having people in our home. Dan arranged all trades to coincide with there tight time frame which ran impeccably! They included me in any decisions, and made sure our bathrooms were finished to perfection. All of the team, Dan, Chris, Anado and George made sure they worked efficiently and cleaned up every night so we had our house back to normal for the evenings, they hoovered them stairs better than I ever could! Dan and Chris??? attention to detail is like no other, our bathrooms are finished to an incredibly high standard and we are completely in love with our new bathrooms! Ant the director also rang to check in after the job was complete to ensure we???re were truly happy with finished product, which is really lovely and shows how much pride they have in their work, and gives a personal edge to the company. Sharon in the office was also super friendly and easy to chat with. We would recommend Pride to anyone, and only wish we???d of found you sooner. All of our friends and family that have had the pleasure of seeing our new bathrooms are absolutely dazzled and extremely jealous of the beautiful spaces they have created. If I could fit a sofa in there to stare at it all day, I would! The pictures don???t even do them justice. 100% will be back for any plumbing requirements and will tell anyone that listens what a great group of people you all are to work with. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication to your job ????????

   We have had a total bathroom renovation and new central heating system fitted by Pride Plumbing Services and have been so impressed by the work they have done! The whole team has been amazing from start to finish - they worked so hard and were a pleasure to have around the house! The new boiler and radiators have made such a huge difference to how warm the house is and we absolutely love our new bathroom! Many thanks to everyone at Pride Plumbing Services. Highly recommend!
