KCM came highly recommended from family, Simon demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. Communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The turnaround time from initial enquiry to installation was impressively fast, reflecting both efficiency and strong organisation. The work itself was completed to a high standard, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend Simon for anyone looking for reliable, responsive, and high-quality service.

Simon did a great job! Installed an adaptor from an old alkathene pipe to copper and added a new stop tap. Very quick, clean, professional, and knowledgeable. Great prices too!

Great Communication with Simon from the start. Came out when he said he would, changed my electric shower and serviced my boiler as requested and all with sociable chit chat and a good clean up during and after the job and all for a reasonable price. What more could I want? I recommend Simon to anyone requiring a reliable, experienced plumber at a good, honest price.

Recently had a fantastic experience using KCM Plumbing & Heating. Simon provided a very competitive quote for disconnecting the gas on an old gas hob and returned on a second visit to install a new gas hob. Simon cracked on with the job which was done in no time and had kept everything neat and tidy and even swept up afterwards. I would recommend Simon from KCM Plumbing & Heating and will certainly be using his services again.

Great service. Had various jobs done. Replacement radiator, pressure water pump fitted in loft. Replacement sink and vanity unit also various taps replaced. Everything was explained. The house was left clean and tidy. Would definitely use them again. One very satisfied customer
