Would highly recommend they did a great job replacing boiler very professionally. They left everything clean and took away all the rubbish once they were finished aswell. Also really nice guys would definitely use them again.

Illustrious Plumbing and Heating Ltd, fitted a new Worcester Bosch Boiler for my parents, replacing their 20 year old Worcester Bosch boiler. We received a clear prompt detailed quote to supply and fit a new boiler at reasonable prices. Illustrious Plumbing contacted us via email and telephone with confirmation of date to fit and time of arrival on the day. The fitter, Tom arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and carried out the work to a very high standard, completing all the work on the day. The Boss, Craig Smith called in during the day to check progress of work done. Happy to recommend the company to friends. Illustrious Plumbing and Heating Ltd, do annual inspections and maintenance work again at reasonable prices.

Craig kept us fully informed about the work required once we accepted the quote for a new boilerand replacement radiators. Tom arrived on the day and time set and proceeded to work with professionalism over the next four days. Our home was kept tidy and work completed to a high standard. Everything was explained to ensure we knew how to operate the system. Follow up to ensure guarantees were dealt with within 24 hours of work being completed. Thank you.

Decent quote, chap that came out to do boiler pump repair was polite, friendly and efficient - waited to check I was happy with everything and that all was working. 4 rather than 5 stars as between initial visit to assess problem and booking date to resolve, communication was a little slow (to be fair, as were my replies initially, but once I was happy, things took a while to be confirmed) but everything done as promised on date booked. Easy review and acceptance (or rejection) of quote and invoice system, payment easy to do. Would recommend.

Excellent experience of using Craig and Illustrious Plumbing. I was able to upload photos of the issue and was promptly sent a quotation. Once we booked the appointment, the communication was great and we were reminded and kept informed of an approximate time of arrival. The issue was fixed according to the quotation and a possible explanation of the cause was given to help avoid future issues. Really pleased with the experience and outcome. Would highly recommend.
