Very good communication and prompt service when we needed our boiler fixing. Once it was established we needed a new boiler the waiting time was very quick to have it installed, so minimised the inconvenience. The guys that came to install the new boiler were very tidy, clean and polite. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend RGW enough, gave richard a call and from our first conversation he was open and honest about my issue, upon deciding different works to be carried out i couldnt be more happier, the 2 lads that came (cameron n jack i believe) worked non stop and were very pleasant, hard working and very tidy, and carried out works with no issues. All 3 very respectable of me and my property. Quality work from quality men. Jamie P.s Job was replacing and moving my boiler.

Our toilet was leaking from the bolts underneath the cistern, contacted RGW on the Monday and first thing Tuesday morning, Richard arrived and sorted the issue out very quickly. Great service, reliable and professional job done. Would not hesitate to use RGW again, whether it's a small job like a leaking toilet or for larger jobs for our heating and plumbing. Thanks Richard!

Excellent service from start to finish. Called RGW when we encountered a problem with our boiler. Richard attended immediately to review and discuss options. Agreed on the solution and the team carried out the work in a professional manner. Cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend.
