I had my annual boiler service carried out today by Plumbfix Wales, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jason and Tom (father and son) were both friendly, professional, and punctual. They carried out the boiler service thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. They also worked very cleanly and left everything exactly as they found it, which I really appreciated. It's refreshing to find a reliable, honest local company that takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plumb Fix Wales to anyone looking for a trustworthy heating and plumbing service. Thank you both ??? I'll definitely be using your services again!

One word...outstanding! Called Jason with an emergency leak, he asked about the issue, quoted a price and came within 30mins. He explained what the issue was, told us how best to avoid the same issue occurring and perhaps most importantly was trustworthy and friendly. Any future plumbing issues we have, we know who to call. Would definitely recommend!!!

Jason & Toby were excellent. Can???t thank both of them enough for sorting out our toilet emergency. From a quick phone call last night to turning up bang on time when he said they would. Engaging me throughout the job to make sure I was aware of what???s going on at what stage. They???ve done a proper job, resolving years of bodges done by previous owners & all within the space of this morning! Jordan in Garndiffaith.

Jason was excellent. He fitted us in at short notice to plumb a dishwasher which wasn't a straightforward connection. He fitted a new valve and waste for our sink and got it all up and running in no time. Reliable, good cost and service!

Cant fault Jason who came out at early hours to stop a water leak. Absolutely fab work and friendly guy, very thorough and bang on time that he said. Saved our cieling!.. Would definitely recommend they're service & work. Can't thank you enough...definitely 5 star all round!...will be using them again. Trustworthy & great price. Thank you so much! ??????????????????????????????
