They were brilliant. We had been let down by two plumbers and the Purple plumbing people came within the hour and sorted the problem . I would definitely recommend them. Also if you ring the office you get a person not a computer which is so refreshing in this day and age .

Great service. However I must admit as a repeat customer I would have expected more loyalty and not a hike on costs when asked to cover old jobs that have aged. PP has now become unaffordable and unlrealistic. Always get a quote..

Fantastic service. I contacted them via their website the evening before and received an email and phone call first thing the next morning. They were out to repair my oil boiler before noon. Ben was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issue and repaired it quickly. I definitely recommend this local company.

Excellent service and follow up, after years of enduring problems and bull on our Gas boiler including advice we needed a new boiler, it was refreshing to meet Zak from Purple plumbing. He identified our boiler problem and he was able to rectify faults. Also nice to meet the Purple Plumbing people in Faringdon later and Frank the Dachshund. A nice company and nice people.
