Balwant was brilliant. We had an issue with a faulty valve on our water cylinder, Balwant came over on the same day, diagnosed the issue and gave us immediate peace of mind. He came back first thing the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. Balwant's integrity, good work and honesty has made him our go to plumber now. I couldn't recommend BSK more!

Bal was great when I requested an emergency call out, he arrived very promptly and quickly rectified the problem while explaining the whole process. I've recently had him back to fix a problem with my boiler and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great honest plumber, Cheers!

Bal responded immediately to our boiler emergency. He replaced our boiler with a new combi, nothing was too much trouble. He is very professional, hard working and thorough and always arrived at the time he said he would. We have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing or heating needs. Five star service.

After discovering our old hot water tank was leaking we contacted Bal at BSK and he arrived within the hour to diagnose the problem. We opted for a new combi boiler and Bal fitted this and removed the old broken tank as well as the unrequired cold tank from the loft. All done at a reasonable price. Bal is very knowledgable and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will certainly use him again for some other plumbing projects we need later this year. On a seperate note, after this install i foolishly broke a pipe in the loft so contatced Bal as we had water coming through the ceiling. Again he came out straight away to fix this, despite having to give up his planned evening out. Certainly looks after his customers. Thank you Bal :)

Had a great experience with Bal recently who sorted out issues with the boiler, toilet, and shower in my property. He did a brilliant job from start to finish. Everything was fixed quickly and efficiently with no hassle. Really appreciated how prompt and professional he was, got everything back up and running without delay. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing or heating work done. Will be using again if needed.
