Had a new shower fitted by Fin who was professional, polite and respectful. Excellent prompt service from centraheat and Mike in the office who even responded to my email whilst on holiday! Thank you team and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service- I emailed the office regarding an issue with our kitchen tap before 10am and the engineer was with us by 2.30pm. The engineer named Fin was helpful and fixed the issue quickly.

From the first inspection of our plumbing problem (diagnosis) Centraheat were efficient, good time keeping, pleasant friendly guys . I would definitely use them again. Although there was a slight hiccup, it was all fixed willingly. A special mention for Michael, the office manager, who was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond and sort any problems.

The plumber Fin, turned up on time, was extremely polite and helpful. He serviced our boiler quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself. He discussed an issue we are having with the heating and took the time to explain the issue and the possible solutions. Could not ask for better service.

Amazing service and really quick communication. We had issues with finding an access point for the drain we needed inspecting but their engineers came out twice and found a manhole (under patio slabs!). They still only charged us for the work needing done and a single call out. Engineer was professional and incredibly helpful with our questions. Highly recommend
