James came out to view the job very quickly, we received the detailed quotation the next day and Adam arrived this week and fitted our new gas boiler and renewed all the pipes. Great communication, super job done and extremely tidy!! Would definitely highly recommend

Same day repair done to leaking seal on kitchen sink. Efficient, professional and friendly throughout, from booking the appointment with James to thanking Harry for attending so speedily. Will definitely use again - if needed.

Adam did a brilliant job upgrading our system to a combi boiler, removing the old loft tank, and fitting a new shower and radiators. He was punctual, polite, kept everything clean and tidy, and finished the work on schedule. The standard of work is excellent, and he offered fantastic value for money compared to the other quotes we looked at. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

We???ve been using James and his team for around five years and wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them. Over the years they???ve carried out a range of work for us, including replacing our boiler and installing our Hive heating system, fitting an outdoor hot water tap, and completing our annual boiler services. After we moved house last year, we were pleased to continue using them. They???ve since installed an outdoor hot water tap in our new home a second cold outdoor tap and carried out our yearly service on our new-build property. Throughout every job, James and his team have been professional, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of their work has always been excellent, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. It???s reassuring to have a plumbing and heating company we can trust, and we???ll continue to use them whenever we need work done in the future. Highly recommended! ???????????????

Excellent service from start to finish, completed within an hour. Pricing was very reasonable, and everything was handled in a smooth and professional manner, something that is not always easy to find these days. Keeping this approach will definitely take the business a long way. Previous experiences with other gas engineers and plumbers were disappointing. Some quoted extremely high prices for simple work, around three hours for the same job, while others agreed but later declined or did not respond at all, making it feel like there were very few reliable options. I came across JA on Facebook by chance and decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be a great experience. Adam the Engineer is a top man, punctual, tidy, and very patient. Every question was answered clearly and respectfully, without ever seeming annoyed or dismissive. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be passing on the contact details to others in the village looking for a trustworthy and professional service.
