These guys were put in charge of sorting out my broken tap in the place I rent. I truly couldn???t be more happy with their conduct. The communication prior to carrying out the repair was fantastic and the repair was done speedily and with no mess. Thank you.

When the engineer came out, he seemed like he was rushing to get the issue diagnosed as quickly as possible (he did have another appointment to get to ASAP). We received a quote for work, which we???ve since got for half the price with another gas engineer. They weren???t able to give us a breakdown of the quote or confirm how long the work would take (replace a part in the boiler), explaining that it???s their standard practice to not provide quote breakdowns (which was very odd). When we said that we couldn???t afford their quote at this time, but could they confirm what the part was, after asking three times, they were unable to confirm what the specific part was, even after we???d paid the invoice for the call out/diagnostic report.

E&W Plumbing have been absolutely fantastic in our hours of need! Very quick to respond, excellent communication and very professional. Simon replaced an old boiler for us and we were very impressed. He was very efficient, polite, tidy and a general nice bloke! Thank you!

Likely cause of central heating breakdown identified by phone and part ordered so engineer could fix in one visit. Transparent pricing. Harry repaired the boiler, gave a clear explanation and checked that all working correctly, left no mess. Efficient company.

Thank you to Seb for coming out and fixing our shower. He did a great job - quick, clean and courteous. Plus the office team were excellent booking in the appointment at a time that suited me. Definitely recomended.
