Besi and his colleague did a wonderful job of renovating our bathroom. We had a plumbing emergency over Easter weekend during a DIY project and Besi not only helped in a prompt manner, he even gave us a quote for the entire job. We ended up opting for a bathroom renovation complete with retiling of the walls and floors and adding a vanity unit. The job was completed in an efficient manner. Besi and his colleague were tidy, punctual and friendly. We are really pleased with our new bathroom and are really grateful for their hard work!

Brilliant. Same-day response to email inquiry, quick phone call and problem fixed (leaking kitchen mixer tap replaced) the next day. It was a fiddly job, done quickly and very tidily - he was very careful and problem-solved like an engineer (which obvs he is). Fair and reasonable charge for parts + labour. Would recommend +++++.
Reviews from Google · 1 Apr 2026Very pleased , the engineer removed a double gas oven and refitted a smaller gas oven , he made sure my property was gas safe (no leaks). He arrived on time which was a nice surprise.
Reviews from Google · 13 Mar 2026Our boiler failed first thing in the morning, which is never ideal, especially on a busy day. He responded quickly and had everything fully diagnosed, repaired, and back up and running by 3pm the same day.
We were genuinely impressed with the quality of the service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue in plain terms, talked us through what needed to be done, and carried out the work efficiently without cutting corners.
The workspace was left spotless, and the whole experience felt organised and stress-free from start to finish. It is rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a high level of care and customer service.
Fantastic service and highly recommended ????
