Mr. Porter came out to do an inspection of my drains as I was having issues. He was very thorough with the inspection finding various issues that needed to be dealt with. He advised me to try and get an insurance claim, but said he would be very happy to complete the job if they were not forthcoming. All in all very helpful offering advice and a nice manner. Definitely recommend him. Gave me an off the cuff quote which I felt was reasonable for the amount of work that would be required

Recently had a major flood of the bathroom caused by a significant limescale buildup in the wastewater piping. Alan attended the problem within an hour of callout, immediately understood the problem and cleared the limescale blockage very quickly and methodically with jetting. Restoring the drains to full working order. Extremely professional and would recommend to anyone.

Alan was a 'breath of fresh air' who responded very quickly to a problem with our main bathroom. Such an amicable and very experience man who reassured us with his long experience. If only all artisans were as good as Alan. Thanks again. David

We had issues with blocked sink for a while, had a company in who done work under the sink, 2weeks later blocked again. Contacted Alan, what an amazing man, polite very knowledgeable jetted my drain outside couldn't believe how much food waste and fat came out, put camera up pipe to show me how clean they are now. First class service would highly recomend.

Alan had good communication with me to make the appointment for a blocked drain. He arrived on time and was very polite and got on with the job in hand with plenty of equipment at his disposal. Would definitely use him again if the need arose.
