Messaged Kevin via the website about a non emergency plumbing issue with a water heater. Kevin came back to me very promptly and I met him at the premises at the agreed time and the matter was assessed and solved very professionally. An excellent first class service, thank you.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Drip Drip Plumbers. From the very beginning, communication was excellent ??? clear, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. We recently moved into a new home and wanted to replace the old gravity-fed heating system with a modern combi boiler installation. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. Everything was explained clearly, and the engineer was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Thanks to their excellent work, we finally have reliable hot water from every tap in the house, which has made a huge difference since moving in. We also love the modern heating controls, including the smart thermostat and phone app, which make managing the heating system incredibly easy and convenient. The installation was carried out to a very high standard, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We would highly recommend Drip Drip Plumbers to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and reasonably priced plumbing and heating services.

We had a leak in our boiler and a leak under the kitchen floor. Kevin came very quickly on request, and diagnosed both problems within minutes. Each time he came to carry out the work within a day or two once we had accepted his estimate. He worked very quickly and efficiently, quietly, and tidied up meticulously before leaving. He answered all questions immediately and clearly. Last but not least, he was friendly, cheerful, and obliging. "Practically perfect in every way"!

Kevin has been our plumber since we moved to our house 2 years ago. He???s completed various tasks, including repairing and locating leaks, boiler servicing, removal of water tanks and replacing with a new pressurised system, radiator and tap replacement, lots of pipe work etc and all completed to a very high standard. His customer service and experience are excellent, alongside his calm and friendly manner. We???ve renovated a few houses and Kevin is the best plumber we???ve ever used. He always keeps us informed, is very reliable and takes time to talk and explain the best options. I would highly recommend his work and service and we wouldn???t use anyone else.

We had 3 leaky taps and Kevin provided a great service. His customer service was amazing and everything got sorted in no time. His prices are very reasonable, I???d recommend him to others for sure!
