Great company. I won't hesitate to use them in the future. I had an issue with my flue made by British Gas when they installed it. They highlighted it and guided me through how to communicate the issue via British Gas. The engineer was so friendly and professional. The service was mess free and thorough. He arrived on time. Happy I'm using a local company. Thank you.

Once Again the Alford team has done a brilliant job. I live in a flat and my boiler has a vertical flue that is difficult to maintain. However, Tyler sorted a replacement no problem, all in the agreed timeframe with no inconvenience to me or my neighbours. Great work!

On arrival Tyler and Ashton discussed the work they were going to do, answered questions and then proceeded to do an excellent job. Once completed they cleaned up and checked we were happy with their work. There was also good communication from initial contact with Alford through to job completion, including updates as to arrival times - all very professional and I would not hestiate to recommend them.

So happy with the service I received. Very lucky, they came out earlier than they first thought. I was updated all of the way through. Good job done. Very happy I found them. Will use again definitely. Thank you ????

Always a positive experience with Alfords From when I first had my new boiler until now, several years later. Very thorough and reliable Very responsive. Easy to contact the office and arrange anything. Staff are all lovely Prices are reasonable. Would recommend
