When the LPG supply to my cooker failed, I called JRQ just before 0800 on a Friday. The call was immediately answered and the result was that John the Engineer arrived before 1400 that afternoon. He quickly identified the problem and made a temporary repair, restoring the supply. I was detained elsewhere and so he just cracked on until I was able to get back. Then on the following Tuesday, he obtained the required replacement part and installed it. It was really clear from the outset that customer satisfaction is key to this firm's way of doing business. By any standards, this was remarkable service and it was also very friendly service as well as remarkably efficient. Other firms in the Salisbury area that say they cover LPG supply just don't seem to be that interested. JRQ definitely are. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Great service from first call to resolution. JRQ were efficient and accommodating. We had a small plug replacement issue and Gary did a great job. He was friendly, courteous, and clear. He explained everything and worked with lightning speed. Highly recommended, have added JRQ to our black book of reliable loval service providers. Thank you!

Was struggling to find someone to come out and fix my boiler urgently. After being put in contact, John came out the same day and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. Would 100% recommend and will be using for any future boiler issues!! Very happy with this service :)

We called JRQ plumbing as we had an issue with the central heating - they were very prompt and John turned up as was planned and solved the problem straight off. We had additional requests which were quoted for on the day - a deposit paid. John was very punctual on the day agreed and worked straight through - it was always planned to a be a two day job and he was brilliant - completed all the work as agreed in the time frame allocated and was very neat, tidy and clean. Brilliant service from JRQ plumbing and especially the technician John. Will definitely use them again for all our plumbing and servicing requirements.

Needed a quick call-out for a Faulty Boiler + Service and called up JRQ and a nice man called Jonathon answered the phone and booked me in the next morning, which was fantastic! Engineer John arrived early next morning and was very polite and professional, located my boiler issue and got to fixing right away. Amazing Service, and at a Good Price. Really Appreciate it???? Highly Recommended
