Totally useless and completely unreliable. In spite of several promises it would be coming next week my bathroom refit quote never turned up. Went elsewhere. My boiler service appointment cancelled at last minute, rescheduled for the following week but nobody showed up.

Replacement of radiator valves - as ever, Will and Harry are that rare thing in the Plumbing world: reliable. They turn up when they say they???re going to, they do what they say they say they???re going to and they charge what they say they???re going to.

Rosebourne Plumbing have now done two toilet replacements for us and we cannot recommend them too highly. Will and Harry are excellent workers. They arrived when they said they would and all the work was carried out to a very high standard. They are brilliant tidy workers and were polite at all times. We have had difficulty finding a good reliable plumber in the past and are so glad we have found Rosebourne Plumbing.

We had a very positive experience with Rosebourne plumbing. The whole process from our initial query to the work being completed was efficient, thorough and conscientious . Will was very clear in laying out our options and we are very happy with the results. We had a power shower installed along with thermostatic taps. We will be using them again for any future work.
