We can???t thank Jamie enough for his first class service. At every meeting he was patience personified, fully prepared and always carefully explained the options open to us with good humour. He clearly knows his stuff and it was a real pleasure doing business with Island bathrooms. This was our second installation and your people have consistently given top class service. Well done.

I recently bought a whole en-suite bathroom set from Island bathroom over ??4000. I???m really satisfied with the quality and customer service to some extent! However, I really struggled to find a Push Button Stone Basin Waste With Overflow for my vanity unit!!! It???s is very hard to get hold of from any where and still waiting from one to be arrived from Victoria Plumbing. Be careful if you are buying this type kind of basin for your vanity unit. I hope this review will be beneficial to other customer!!!

Earlier this year, we had a bathroom installer quote for a main bathroom complete refit plus two en suite refurbishments (new sinks, showers, tiling, electrics, mirrors etc) . Our installer recommended Island bathrooms and suggested we let him know when we visited as he???d make the staff aware. On arrival, Ashley produced an e mail from GDL( the installer) with all the dimensions and fittings we???d need for the three rooms and guided us through the process very efficiently. I must point out that it would have been IMPOSSIBLE for us to have sufficiently researched all the individual items and ordered them piecemeal. This one-stop approach resulted in a massive delivery, timed perfectly with the arrival of the workmen. It really couldn???t have gone any better. Many thanks to Ash and his team. Paul and Cressy

The Island Bathrooms showroom at Salisbury had a great selection of everything we could need for a bathroom and Kirsty and team were very helpful at helping us decide what we needed. (The Bournemouth Showroom was also good and helpful). We were kept well informed on delivery times and where there was an issue it was very quickly and efficiently dealt with.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and can???t thank Island Bathrooms enough. Before our initial appointment we were advised on all measurements we needed to take, so that our design consultation could be as effective as possible. Kirsty has been great from start to finish, and helped us to create a bathroom that we are very happy with - her suggestions for fittings, products and colours were very helpful, and we left feeling confident in our choices, and loved seeing everything come together as planned. The quote and order process were smooth, as was the delivery of our items, and their recommended fitters (SGS) have also been amazing. Thank you so much for all of your help - we will be recommending you to everyone who will listen!
