   ??????????????? Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted him yesterday and he was able to fit us in at short notice today to remove our gas fireplace. While he was here, we mentioned a possible gas smell near the meter cupboard. He took the time to investigate and discovered a gas leak, helped us safely shut it off, contacted the emergency gas service, and even returned later to make sure everything had been left safe. Professional, calm, knowledgeable and fairly priced throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the extra care and reassurance. Highly recommended.

   Highly recommend Ajmal and his team. Ajmal carried out a full boiler replacement for me and from start to finish he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very patient in answering all my questions. He explained everything clearly and demonstrated a very high level of technical expertise. Ajmal and team worked efficiently, was thorough throughout and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed properly. I also really appreciated how clean and tidy the area was left afterwards which showed real care and attention to detail. Ajmal followed up promptly afterwards as well to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything, which I thought was excellent customer service. Couldn???t recommend him and his team more! Very trustworthy and genuinely cares about doing a good job.

   I have known Ajmal for a year, or so. He has done a few boiler services and Certificates at a few places. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and gentle person.    I met Ajmal by chance at the North Finchley Retail Area, where he was buying some parts. When I asked if he could take a quick look at my boiler???which had stopped working after being switched off for six months???he kindly agreed and followed me home without hesitation. After checking and replacing the boiler???s fuse, he explained that the boiler might have reached the end of its life and recommended a replacement. He then provided a detailed and reasonable quote before leaving, without charging me for the visit. Before the installation, Ajmal visited my home a couple of times to make sure everything was properly prepared. On the scheduled day, he arrived promptly at 8 a.m. with his colleague and started work right away. They worked efficiently and even finished earlier than expected. Within a week, we had a brand-new, fully functioning boiler. We are extremely happy with Ajmal???s high-standard service. He is prompt, efficient, responsible, skilled, and trustworthy. For such outstanding service, I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.
