In November 2025, GasCare replaced my broken boiler with a new one and the job was completed to a very high standard including a thorough system wide flush and radiator servicing. Transformed the central heating, making the house cosy and warm. Their engineers were hard working and professional. In May 2026, GasCare installed a replacement electric shower on the same day I called to get a quote and lead time. Amazing service and thanks again to Chris for organising this and to Lewis for another professional installation. Very happy to recommend GasCare.

What a fantastic quality job done by this company, old gas fire and back boiler removed along with copious amounts of old piping, new boiler install in loft, no hidden add on charges. Highly recommend. Biggest Thank you to Lewis.

Excellent customer service, from first visit and diagnosis of issue with old boiler, my options were explained. New boiler installed and a cute little radiator added for cold porch, the whole process was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. I was really rather reluctant to face the upheaval of transforming our bathroom into a shower room, but Chris and Lewis at GasCare project managed the whole process from design to installation and delivered exactly what I wanted. The time spent talking to me about my ideas, finding the right products and suppliers, engaging expert tradespeople and planning how to deliver the project whilst I swanned off on holiday was well spent and resulted in the perfect shower room for me. Communication was great throughout (Chris was very patient with my daft questions!) and I was delighted with the final cost, which was very close to the original estimate despite me making some last minute changes. GasCare have long been my go-to for heating and plumbing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for full bathroom installations as well.

I have just had my regular boiler service today. I would thoroughly recommend Gascare East Anglia Ltd. I have been with them for a few years now and they have always been very professional, efficient and friendly. They installed my new boiler last year and did a a terrific job of fitting it into a cupboard for me. Work went smoothly and have had no problems whatsoever with it. Job well done. Thank you
