We had E-ON come round to replace our gas and electric meters, whilst doing so they capped off our gas due to potential spillage around the boiler. Chelmsford Gas were able to come round at short notice on a Friday afternoon to check the safety of our boiler and turn our gas back on. Bam attended to do the inspection, as well as completing a service of the boiler, he was efficient, polite and friendly. Spent the time to make sure everything was running as it should, whilst documenting everything in photographs to show that it was safe. Would recommend

I had a home visit from the gas engineer Bam Douglas this morning. It was an excellent service, very professional and friendly. Bam answered all my questions in a friendly manner, using the language that I could understand. He told me what to do in case of the gas leak or if my boiler breaks down. He explained to me what checks he was carrying out on my boiler and the reasons behind it. His communication skills and interaction with me as a customer was very polite and respectful. It was a very educational experience. I will definitely follow Bam???s advice and will change my old carbon monoxide alarm. I have learnt a lot about gas safety this morning.

The engineer, Bam, arrived on time and was very professional. He respected my property, was very informative about the units being installed. Very clean worker with great care of the install and clean up afterwards. A credit to the company.

Chelmsford Gas Services I recently had my IDEAL boiler serviced by Bam and couldn???t be more impressed. He was punctual, polite, and extremely professional throughout. I really appreciated that he made the effort to keep everything clean???no muddy shoes or mess left behind, which is a big plus. Bam carried out a very thorough service and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing at each stage, which gave me real confidence in the work. It???s not often you find someone so knowledgeable and considerate. I???d highly recommend Bam to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy heating engineer.
