   Good, honest and professional service. Rob doesn't cut corners, and you get the real deal, which sadly hasn't always been my experience when dealing with boiler and radiator issues. After putting up with three or four callbacks from other companies to try and fix the same problem, I'd had enough. Roma came highly recommended, so I gave Rob a call and I've never looked back. A huge thank you to Rob for keeping my nearly 15-year-old boiler going and for sorting the various emergency issues we've had over the last few years. I know most of your work is commercial, so I really appreciate you making the time to help with my home whenever I've needed it. It's reassuring to have someone you can trust who's knowledgeable, reliable and takes real pride in their work!!!

   Excellent service from Robert at Roma heating, from the first point of contact through to the finished job with a reasonable price. A friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy who I managed to get through to on the phone very quickly (which is unusual these days!). Not only that, he gave me thorough instructions on what info to Whatsapp him so he could assess what needed to be done - and his reply to this was very prompt along with giving me an approximate date to come round which was in a really good time frame. I was delighted to be fitted in within a week for my heating to be fixed. It's gone from being an ice palace to a nice cozy, warm home again. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to do a great job and also took the time to show and explain what he had done and why the problem had occurred in the first place and what to look out for next time. He also told me had cleaned out my magnetic filter system for me which I thought was a nice extra touch to go above and beyond the job I'd called him out for. It's hard to find reliable, competent workmen these days so it's great when you do find someone you know you can trust. Whenever I need this sort of work done again, I'll be very confident to contact Robert again.

   We have used Roma for some time now and I can???t fault the service and expertise on offer. That said I can honestly say that the engineer we worked with was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In the past we have had a variety of companies in which typically cut corners when servicing and replacing vital components which in turn may have put our boilers at risk. The engineer was so thorough with his inspection, recommendations and work carried out that we would simply not go anywhere else.
