I had no hot water, so I called this local plumbing company. The engineer came out quickly and was very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He cleaned the condensate trap and got my boiler working again without replacing any parts. Honest, efficient service at a fair price. Thank you!

Ned responded promptly and booked us in within 7 days. He arrived, identified the problem, and wasn't happy when checking the toilet leak again. He made 100% sure there was no leak. Great attention to detail and service. Highly recommended!

Today we had a knowledgeable and professional boiler and water tank service from NB Plumbing and Heating. Nerijus even pointed out an issue with our water tank and rectified it, and checked our outside tap. Really thorough, friendly, quick and great value for money, would highly recommend.

Ned was extremely hardworking and had great attention to detail. Throughout the time he communicated well, was punctual and efficient. He completed a big project in less than two days and cleaned up brilliantly. We found him to be excellent in every respect.

Ned came out to install a new combi boiler, and from start to finish the job was completed to a very high standard. Very pleased with the boiler. Had a separate issue with the mains gas but Ned came out the same day to help me get the issue sorted. Would highly recommend to anyone.
