Avenue provide an amazing service. They replaced our shower with a bath tub and Ellis was fantastic. He was friendly, polite and worked extremely hard to minimise the amount of time we went without being able to use the shower, working quite late to finish the job. He kept us informed of progress throughout the job and explained each step clearly. We???ve used Avenue before for boiler servicing and will certainly keep using them and recommending them in future.

I initially made the appointment through Donna who was completely understanding of our special circumstances. She arranged for Charles (heating engineer with 24 years experience) to service our gas boiler. He explained everything in a cheerful professional manner. It has been an excellent experience to deal with Avenue Heating - thoroughly professional team from phone to delivering service. Would definitely recommend. Chaz (or Charles) was so lovely, turned up exactly on time, was mindful of cleanliness and that my child was sleeping. Worked very efficiently and told me the whole process, with advice and recommendations but nothing that was pushing me one way or the other. Would 100% recommend!

Brilliant experience. We used Avenue for our annual boiler and fire maintenance. The service was top notch with a quick reply to our enquiry, job was scheduled for the next week, and they sent clear follow ups with reminders of the upcoming appointment. Chas did the work and was courteous, efficient and knowledgable. Just a great team across the board, would highly recommend.

My hot water stopped working - Winston was so helpful and honest over the phone and sent someone out that same morning.
