Professional and friendly service both in person and on the phone with the office. They were very helpful with resurrecting a boiler with brand new components rather than pushing me towards a total replacement that I would have struggles to afford. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I look forward to my next service!

We had a new boiler fitted and Boiler and Heating care were great! They fitted a boiler for us - they were knowledgable and trustworthy their aftercare was great! They were efficient with communication and popped by the house to check over everything and resolve some queries we had. Would definitely recommend!

Boiler & Heating Care were incredibly responsive, I booked the job on Saturday and the engineer attended on Monday. They requested the boiler make, model, and a picture of where the boiler was situated to ensure an engineer was assigned that had familiarity with my boiler - this was an excellent touch and a true mark of professionalism. Shaqir was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and came across as a trustworthy tradesman. He correctly diagnosed the issue before the cover was even off, talked us through his process with videos/pictures and completed the service impeccably. 10/10 would recommend!
