Excellent service, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They came out the next day and resolved the issue quickly.

We called Crucial Plumbing and Heating after removing old kitchen units and finding ancient disused gas pipes in the floor. It was Saturday morning and a new floor was due to go down by Monday morning. Shaun called back promptly, sent a quote, turned up on Saturday afternoon at the specified time and got the job done without any messing around. Highly recommended!

Shaun misdiagnosed a fault with my underfloor heating and quoted ??400 for the unnecessary repair! Having paid him a 50% deposit I asked for it to be refunded on cancellation. Two months later he has not done so after repeated requests. The matter is now in the hands of my bank who regard it as a scam. Based on my experience I would not recommend him and found him to be untrustworthy.

After calling Shaun to fix a problem at my dad's flat he came and fixed it no problem. We then had him fit a shower at my home he messed us about a couple of times but eventually turned up staying late into Saturday and Sunday night to get it sorted which it was. I then recommended him to my best friend who wanted a new bathroom and boiler. He turned up quoted and started work on the 11th August 2025 stating that the bathroom would take 5 days and the boiler 2 days. However 14 weeks later after thousands of excuses he has still not finished and has ignored her calls and messages since. Steer well clear !!!

I had an excellent experience with Crucial Plumbing and Heating. After returning from holiday, I discovered that my boiler was broken, leaving my house at a chilly 10??C. In a panic, I reached out for 24h emergency repairs and Shaun arrived within two hours, even though it was quite late in the evening. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, after discussing the costs and options for my 22-year-old boiler, we decided that replacing it was the best choice for us. Shaun provided valuable advice and quotes for several new models. To my surprise, he returned the very next day and installed the new boiler in just four hours, all while being incredibly efficient and friendly. Thank you Shaun for your excellent service
