I am very impressed with AA Boilers and Heating. We have had cold radiators for years. None of them hot, some going cold almost at random. Navdeep came two days after I emailed. He showed me how the boiler was coming on, and then quickly going off again when the thermostat called for heat. (Something I had seen myself but as the boiler had been serviced two months ago assumed must be how it was meant to behave.) He showed me the clogged pipes in the boiler. He said that the boiler was the problem. Frankly, I was unsure. We have had it serviced every year. Other heating engineers have flushed the pipes to the radiators, and replaced parts in the boiler and cleaned parts in it. But Navdeep said the problem was in the boiler which needed flushing inside, and new pipes and electrodes. The house was freezing, so we said go ahead. Six days later Navdeep and Allan did the work, cleaned out the flue. Wow. All the radiators work. They used to crank and groan when they came on in the morning. No more. The house is warm. Four different heating engineers could have suggested this work but didn't. They all must have seen the behaviour of the boiler. But they didn't suggest the work that Navdeep suggested. I would strongly recommend AA Boilers and Heating.

Thanks both for a great job, carrying out a power flush and balancing of the radiators. My house is now warm once again! You both had great comms, timekeeping and were professional throughout. Plus you were handled the dogs barking like pros! Would totally recommend

Had a big high pressure unit installed. Excellent service, Alan and Nav worked incredibly hard and ensured everything worked perfectly, returning days later to check on the system and installation.

Allan and Nav came to my rescue when I returned from a short break to no hot water/ heating. They were very quick to respond and came out to my property to troubleshoot the issue. They identified I needed a new heating valve which they would be happy to source for me. There was no call out charge and having read their excellent customer service reviews I decided that it was time to replace my existing 15 year old boiler. This was quickly scheduled in at a convenient time to myself. They were both so respectful of my property and covered all the work surfaces and flooring before undertaking the works. My boiler was housed in a bespoke cupboard which they carefully dismantled and rebuilt for me once the new boiler was in. They both acted with great professionalism, worked extremely well together and gave me total confidence that I could rely on their services. One truly delighted customer!!!

Nav and Allan have been amazing in fitting a water softener and drinks tap. Professional, reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.
