From the day before fitting Ben did a great quick job disconnecting and capping off the old gas hob. So polite, tidy and efficient. The next day Jordan and Sam arrived and did an amazing job connecting and positioning the new Rangemaster cooker. We were so pleased with the boys and very impressed with the whole procedure. We have been using ADM for the past seven years', and have always been more than happy with the service they have given to us. Excellent service. We recently had our shower pump and pipes fitted by ADM, our engineer was thorough, considerate and did an excellent job. I would say they are on the pricier side, but you know you are getting quality. Would highly recommend ADM.

In February my boiler stop working , dropping pressure repeatedly. I chose ADM as reviews were quiet good. Though I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. My original weekend booking was rescheduled because the engineer was not familiar with my boiler. The rearranged Monday appointment was then missed without prior notice, and I only discovered this after calling myself. As I could not take another day off, I agreed to an out-of-hours visit at a higher rate. I was charged for two hours, although the visit was noticeably shorter. I asked whether a discount could be considered, given that the earlier rearrangement was not my fault, but this was declined. The engineer said that heat exchanger need to be replaced, he also advised to replace two underfloor heating valves. After seeking a second opinion, I was told that the issue was with the expansion vessel instead, and that the valves did not require replacement but just adjustment. Given the missed appointment, higher charges, refusal to adjust the fee, and conflicting diagnosis, I felt that the focus was more on charging for additional work than resolving the issue efficiently.

Efficient and professional. On time and everything sorted very quickly without any fuss.. Highly recommend this company. They are courteous beginning to end and follow everything up and keep detailed information to hand. Thank you so much.
