I highly recommend Ion from IB Plumbing and Heating. He recently did a new boiler installation for us and upgraded our system with a Hive smart thermostat. Being a Gas Safe registered engineer in Newport, his work was top-notch and very tidy. He took the time to explain how the smart controls work on my phone, which has made the house much more energy-efficient. If you need a reliable heating engineer in Newport for a boiler replacement or a smart home upgrade, Ion is your man. 5-star service!

I???m extremely pleased with the new boiler installation carried out by Ion and the team at IB Plumbing and Heating. We decided to upgrade to a high-efficiency Vaillant ecoTEC plus, and the service was 5-star from start to finish. As Gas Safe Registered engineers in Newport, they were professional, punctual, and left everything spotless. It???s hard to find a reliable plumber in South Wales who really knows their way around modern heating systems and smart controls. The installation was seamless, and our home is now incredibly warm and energy-efficient.
