Aqua gas protocol fitted our combi boiler stripping out a conventional boiler, and responded to an emergency callout for us. They did a great job, they had good communication and explained everything well, and they were very friendly and reliable. No issues so far. They also did a good job of making good afterwards, would recommend.

I can't recommend this company enough. They were friendly, helpful and worked with us to get just the right air con units. The installation was on time and the finished products look great. After the boiling hot weather of the last couple of weeks our house is beautifully cool. We are really happy with the results.

Abbas and team were exceptional. We contacted them for a minor issue left over by the original installer of our new boiler. Once they came over, they quickly identified potential problems with the installation and a few hazards, including incorrect pipes and inadequate gas volume. Moreover, the original installer didn???t register for the warranty though they promised to do so. Abbas helped to sort out all the problems, such as boiler pipe corrections, new wider gas pipes from the metre, warranty, etc. They also replaced our really old radiators with a proper consideration for value and quality. After the work, they are super responsive. As soon as there was some problem with their work after they had left, they always came back promptly to sort out. The coolest thing is that since our new boiler is Vaillant and registered through Abbas who is a registered Vaillant engineer, he can also read the health status of our boiler. When there???s something flagged at his end, he would get in touch promptly. Apart from the gas related issues, we asked them to replace one of the sink drainage pipes. Again, plenty work and product discussion beforehand to make the process easy for both parties. So, yeah, we are very happy with Abbas and would recommend him and team to anyone who has gas and plumbing issues.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish to install a new CH Gas boiler. The engineer was incredibly professional, polite, and kept the house clean while working. I have been with this company for 12 years, and I feel confident that the installation will last for years to come. Highly recommend to anyone needing a quick, hassle-free installation with excellent value for money.
