Gemma, Jay, Harry, Kuba and the rest of the team were fantastic. I would highly recommend using JR plumbing for bathroom renovations. Jay was so helpful with recommendations for tile sizes and suite options. The team were also clean and neat when it came to working on the bathroom. Gemma was amazing aswell if I had any issues and made it all happen!

JR Plumbing had been recommended to us and following some discussion with the JR team (on site and at the show room) we agreed the requirements and the start date. This, in effect, meant demolishing our bathroom and starting from scratch. True to form they were punctual (notification 48hrs beforehand of who was attending and when), courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, everything went according to plan including the carpenter, tiler, project management, materials/deliveries etc which is worthy of praise in itself. The bathroom was completed as per the plan & timescales. This was a great team effort from JR Plumbing with a special mention to Gemma, Harry, Kuba and, of course Jay. We???ve shared a before and after photo as this will highlight the transformation they did so well for us.

We recently had our new bathroom completed by JR Plumbing and Heating, and we honestly couldn???t be happier with the entire experience. From our very first contact through to the final finishing touches, the team were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Communication was clear throughout, and everything ran smoothly and on schedule, which made the whole process stress free. A special thank you to Jay, who managed the project from start to finish. He was fantastic to work with. Organised, approachable, and clearly very experienced, he kept everything on track and made sure every detail was done to a high standard. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. Our new bathroom looks amazing and has completely transformed the space. We???re absolutely delighted with the result. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend JR Plumbing and Heating to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

What a transformation! We have now got a luxurious sleek new bathroom with a huge walk-in shower replacing the bath. The whole room feels so much more spacious and Jay and his team were a delight to have around at every stage. We would heartily recommend J R Plumbing! Alison and Richard Sothcott

My first time using JR Plumbing, and they've been fantastic. Easy to arrange what I needed on the phone, and very reasonable rates. Geoff visited this morning, exactly as arranged several weeks ago, and was brilliant from start to finish - friendly, professional and courteous. He even had his own slippers to save from walking through the house in his boots, and took the time to teach me how my system worked and offered tips to keep it in tip-top condition! Fantastic service from a local company. I have no hesitation recommending them, and will certainly be a returning customer in future.
